A sightseeing, informational run in the park combined with high intensity interval, body-weight training.
Fit Tours NYC’s Power Hour is a sight-running tour that takes place along a two-mile course, where we run from one iconic Central Park location to another where we pause to turn up the intensity and add in strength-training exercises, such as push-ups, squats, and lunges, and stair climbing drills. While getting a great HIIT workout in, your instructor shares historical information and fun facts making this is a great tour of New York City at the same time. You’ll be increasing your knowledge while increasing your fitness level on your New York getaway!
