It’s hard to imagine that everything you see while running through Central Park was put there by design, but it’s true and that’s exactly what you’ll experience on this casual paced running tour. The Park features the most ambitious landscape architecture ever implemented in the United States and magically escorts the viewer out of the city and into a peaceful park surrounding.

Although this is not a race, we do ask for your running pace, so we can be prepared for different ruining abilities. More than one guide will be provided depending on group size as well as varied paces. Please do not worry – we will not leave you behind!
Your running guide will be wearing a Fit Tours NYC Swag. Your running guide will be running with a small backpack to hold any items that fit.
Fit Tours NYC offers tours rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you for cancellations and rescheduling. If you do not hear from us, this means that we are still running.
Once you book your running tour, you will receive a confirmation email the day before your scheduled tour.
