Walk, Run, Sweat, and Stretch.... feel less guilty about enjoying a big Sunday Brunch!


Sunday Runday combines all three of our other workouts, Central Park 5K Fun Run, Sunrise Yoga Walk, and Power Hour.

During your run through the rolling hills of the Park, you will stop for body weight strength training exercises such as Push ups and squats and also to strengthen your soul with a few restorative Yoga Poses to cool down with.
